Half Empty, Half Full, Solid? (2007)

15 Legassicke_Ryan

Two glass cup forms are made to equal scale. One is hollow like a normal cup and one is solid mass of glass. The images depict a figure drinking out of the solid glass cup. One the left side the cup is full (solid) and on the right side the cup is empty (hollow). The actual objects appear in the real alone with the table that there were sitting on. The two works appear to be mirror images of each other and may be view individually or simultaneously (a stereostropic two eyed view.)
